I have signed up for several clinics with Kenda. Each clinic has helped me improve my game. She is patient, kind and very knowledgeable of the game. She quickly evaluated my areas of weakness and taught me how to correct my bad habits. Her drills are fun and reinforce new skills being taught.

Let’s Build it – I promise they will come!

One of the most frustrating things about being a pickleballer in Columbia/Maury County is the lack of courts and playing opportunities. We are so thankful for the 4 courts
installed by Columbia State Community College. But, 4 courts in an area of >100,000
people is just not enough. Many of us drive to other cities/counties to play – and
inevitably spend our money there as well.

To this end...

As group of dedicated players, we have formed the Columbia Tn Pickleball Association (CTPA/501c7) with the hope that we can partner with our county, city, and civic leaders to build courts and get access to more playing opportunities. Communities all around us receive grants and invest in pickleball courts because they see the vision and the beneficial aspects of building a stronger pickleball community. And, we want this for Columbia as well.

As an older, new pickleball player to the sport, I was looking to find a great fit to learn and progress. Kenda West/Pickled Mule Academy answered that call. Not only as a new players but as a more seasoned, she’s teaching, mentoring and enhancing my game based on her extensive caring and knowledge of pickleball!
