The purpose of the IPTPA is to certify and elevate the standards of the International Pickleball Teaching Professional.

Instruction

Private & Small Group

One & two-hour sessions of 1:1 to 4:1 student to instructor ratio for customized training. Work on fundamentals and basic strokes or prepare for a tournament. First time players are better served to find 3-4 other beginners to book a small group and learn together – simulated play makes it easier to learn scoring, positioning, and movement. Locations vary.

Clinics

Pickled Mule Academy offers clinics on a regular basis for Beginners, Beginners II, Intermediate, and Skills/Drills technique. These are generally 8:1 student to instructor ratio and last from 90 minutes to 2 hours. Locations vary.

Groups

Pickled Mule Academy can develop a custom clinic for your club, company or church. Instruction will always be an 8:1 student to instructor ratio (or less) and can accommodate multiple skill levels. Court/Venue availability will need to be determine/contracted in advance.

Pickled Mule Academy can work with you to develop a custom event, whether it be a Mixer, a Boot Camp, a Major League Pickleball-style event, or a multi-day/session instructional camp. Court/Venue availability will need to be determine/contracted in advance.

Destination Pickleball Mini-Camps

Pickled Mule Academy can develop and provide instructional and competitive events for destinations areas/venues. Follow PMA on FB and IG for future pickleball travel excursions!

IPTPA Level I Instruction

On behalf of the International Pickleball Teaching Professionals Association, PMA is proud to offer Level I Instructor Certification. IPTPA is the world leader in developing standards in the sport of pickleball. PMA Instructor, Kenda West is a Director and Master Teaching Professional who is qualified to lead these one-day certification workshops, which consist of both a classroom and a practical learning session. These workshops can be hosted in your area, provided there are available/suitable facilities to conduct both the classroom and on-court portions of the training.
